Lola - my story
Ciao, my name is Laura, but my god-son calls me Lola.
With a back-ground in hospitality and wine, it has always been my dream to one day open something of my own,
in the country I feel most passionate about: Bella Italia!
Originally from Germany, I've been living abroad for almost 2 decades. In cities like Florence, London, Cairo and Dubai I was working as Sommelier and in the sales & marketing of wine. After all this time, the desire to come back to Europe brought me to Italy, a country I've been in love with since my childhood.
The choice of the Langhe was an easy one: where does one find a bigger, more refined and yummy choice of food and wine than here in Piedmont?
In 2018 I decided to make my dream come true and started the project Casa Langa di Lola: it allows me to combine my passion of hosting and spoiling guests and share my knowledge and experience of the local wines and the other treasures of the region.
The cats, George and little Trouble & I look forward to welcoming you!
